Friday, Friday we’re in love with you… here’s a nice read to start off your weekend,
Tasha of Hunny Beeds tells about her Friday routine!
Hello there everyone, my name is Natasha but people call me Tasha. I am the owner of HunnyBeeds and I have a shop on Etsy. I’m originally from Dublin, Ireland but moved to Spain a year and a half ago. I’m 30 years old (for one more month!) and have a little boy who’s 7 and in Spanish state school.

My Fridays are pretty much like every other weekday, except for the occasional weekend when my partner gets to come over from Ireland and visit us (these are my favourite Fridays).
8AM
I hit the snooze button! I’m not a morning person, in fact I HATE mornings.
8.20AM
I crawl out of bed and wake my son up for school, get his breakfast and sit him in front of Spanish TV (in the hope that some of the words might sink in).
8.45AM
Rush to get my son out the door for school, they close the gates at 9.05 sharp here!

9.30AM
Finally, I’m home and get to relax again. The first thing I do is turn on my laptop, check my emails, Facebook, Etsy accounts (I manage two other shops: GVega & ToriArt).
11AM
After I’ve responded to everyone, liked & shared treasuries that we’ve been featured in, commented on team discussions etc. I will get myself a cup of lemon green tea with honey and step outside into the sun for a moment.
11.15AM
If I have some photos to take, I will set up my pieces outside so I can get them in the beautiful natural light. I find that getting the photos right can take most of my time when making a listing.

2PM
Time to collect my son from school, I like to take him for a cycle on the promenade before we go home to start the mound of homework. I’ve started to eat my main meal at lunch time, so we’re going to have fish, veggies and potatoes. We’ll treat ourselves to a pizza this eve, as it’s Friday!

8PM
We Skype everyone at home, I don’t think I could live abroad without Skype, it’s my lifeline!
9.30PM
Once my son has finally gone to bed, I will start my creative work, I catch up on some English TV whilst I’m doing this and will probably chat with some friends on Facebook, whilst occasionally checking in on Etsy. Some nights I can do this until 2AM but I don’t need to worry about it on a Friday, it’s lie in day tomorrow!
